Course changes considered

The Communications Department at Simpson is considering adding blogs as a component of the journalism classes. These blogs, a supplement to tradiitional course work, would be posted at least weekly by the students. The blogs would be held to good journalistic practices and would be confined to topics relevant to news coverage and news education. This blog is, in fact, a practice effort by an instructor to test out the capabilities of Blogspot as the host site for the student efforts.
